Through live conversations, biblical leadership frameworks, practical resources, guided reflection, and development tools, The Orderly Oil helps leaders recognize their God-given gifts, understand how they are wired, strengthen their leadership capacity, and steward their influence with clarity, integrity, wisdom, and order.
It is a place for leaders who know there is oil on their lives but need support identifying how that oil should be developed, positioned, protected, and faithfully poured.

Coach Lonette Lake-Hopewell is a faith-based leadership strategist, certified life coach, author, HR admin, and founder of Elev8 Transcend LLC. Drawing from her experience in organizational leadership, human resources knowledge management, instructional design, ministry, writing, and creative entrepreneurship, she equips purpose-driven women and emerging leaders to recognize their gifts, develop their leadership capacity, execute with clarity, and steward their influence well.
